maple honey granola

ingredients:

  • 4 cups oats

  • 1/2 cup of combination of maple syrup + honey (you can adjust here based on your taste)

  • 1/4 cup of avocado oil

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cinnamon

instructions:

  • preheat oven to 350° F

  • add 4 cups of oats into a large mixing bowl

  • add your 1/2 cup of maple syrup/honey mix

  • add 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • add 1 heaping tbsp of cinnamon

  • mix ingredients - let sit for a few minutes while oven heats up

  • place a silicon mat on a baking sheet

  • spray with cooking oil

  • pour granola onto baking sheet - pack down firmly

  • cook for 20 minutes

  • let cool for 20 minutes

  • break apart and enjoy!
