oat milk

vanilla oat milk recipe

ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups cold water

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1-2 tsp vanilla

  • a pinch of salt

  • *optional - add maple syrup for sweeter flavor

instructions:

  • add ingredients to a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds

  • strain through a sieve

  • strain again through a sieve with a cheese cloth for extra straining

  • pour into container

  • enjoy!
