roasted peppers

ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers

  • olive oil

  • seasoning of your choice (I did salt, pepper, garlic, oregano)

instructions:

  • preheat oven to 450

  • cut bell peppers into quarters

  • place onto a baking sheet lined with a mat

  • cover with olive oil & seasoning

  • bake in oven for 20-25 minutes

  • remove from oven and place into a bowl - cover with beeswax wrap or kitchen towel for 20 minutes

  • add to a container & cover with olive oil

  • enjoy!
