ingredients:
4 bell peppers
olive oil
seasoning of your choice (I did salt, pepper, garlic, oregano)
instructions:
preheat oven to 450
cut bell peppers into quarters
place onto a baking sheet lined with a mat
cover with olive oil & seasoning
bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
remove from oven and place into a bowl - cover with beeswax wrap or kitchen towel for 20 minutes
add to a container & cover with olive oil
