3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
large handful of basil
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
*optional: add water to adjust consistency
instructions:
add ingredients to a blender or food processor
blend until smooth!
use as a spread on sandwiches or as sauce on pasta
